recycled foam block 4"

I've been using this under my hands in triangle pose and the three height levels make it so much easier to find the right lift. It's firmer than I expected for recycled foam, no squishing under my weight.

I was worried a foam block would feel too squishy under my hands in downward dog, but this one holds firm and the 4" height is perfect for my tight shoulders. The recycled foam has a nice dense texture without being heavy to carry to class.

The three height levels make it so easy to adjust mid-flow, and it's genuinely light enough to toss into a bag without thinking. Diving into deep lunges feels way more supported than I expected from something this size.
