cork block 3"

I love how the firm natural cork provides just the right amount of stability during my practice. The smaller size is actually perfect for my hands and makes it easier to adjust between poses.

The three levels give me just the right amount of height for hip openers, and the cork is firm enough that it doesn't squish under my weight. It's a bit smaller than my old block but honestly that makes it easier to pack in my gym bag.

I use this little cork block under my sitting bones during meditation and the firmness is perfect, no squishing down like my old foam one. Being slightly smaller than a standard block, it tucks right under my hip for pigeon pose without shoving me too high.
