b, 霧面水晶

I’ve been using this mat for a few weeks and the Biocrystal® technology really does make a difference in how grounded I feel during practice. The grip is excellent even when I’m a bit sweaty, and it’s held up perfectly on hardwood floors.

The cushioning is just right for my morning routine, and the texture gives me confidence even on smooth floors. After a week of daily use, I feel noticeably more grounded during practice.

I was skeptical about the Biocrystal bit but the grip honestly won me over on hot yoga days. My hands stay planted even when I'm sweating through a flow, and the cushioning still feels supportive under my knees.
