亞麻座布團坐墊

I’ve been sitting on this for a week now and my hips and ankles actually feel supported, not numb like with my old floor pillow. The linen cover is cool to the touch and the firmness is just right for keeping me grounded during meditation without sinking.

The linen cover has that nubby, lived-in texture right out of the box, no break-in period needed. I sit on it for long reading sessions and my tailbone doesn't complain the way it did on a bare floor. The loft is just enough to lift me without feeling like I'm perched on a marshmallow.

I've been using this for my morning meditation and the thickness is just right for keeping my ankles from falling asleep. The linen has a lovely natural texture that doesn't get too warm, even sitting for 20 minutes.
