I’ve been using this ball for a few weeks now, and the slight instability really forces my core to work harder during planks. It’s surprisingly durable even on a hardwood floor.

My physical therapist suggested adding a stability ball to my routine, and this one is a solid pick. The size feels right for my 5'8" frame, and it forces my core to work way harder than any floor exercise ever did.
